The PD Roundup is a newsletter for teachers and tutors that provides links to:
- interesting professional development (PD) opportunities
- research and articles about literacy and teaching
- useful resources for teaching
While the primary focus of the PD Roundup is to provide PD and resources for teachers who are interested in using SWI in their teaching, there will be links to other resources and PD as well.
In order to be able to guide and model word studies effectively, teachers require a deep knowledge of English orthography, grammar, phonology, and more. So the PD Roundup strives to support Word Inquiry teachers in their ongoing learning in a wide array of fields.
